Allison Cara Tolman, an American actress from America. The role she played as Molly Solverson, in season one of FX's Fargo TV show has earned her nominations for Emmy and Golden Globe. Tolman's early life and education Tolman was the older of two brothers as well as a sibling. Her family moved to England at the age of a few weeks and lived there until she was four. After that, she spent 5 year in Oklahoma before moving on to Sugar Land. As a ten-year-old actress, she began acting in the Fort Bend Community Theatre. Clements High School graduated her in 2000. Baylor University has awarded her with a degree of bachelor of Fine Arts in Dramatic Performance. After graduating college and moving to Dallas which is where she started The Second Thought Theatre. The actress moved from Dallas to Chicago in 2009 to attend The Second City Training Center for acting classes. Tolman started her acting career in the year 2014. She appeared on FX crime comedy Fargo's first season. Fargo was based on the Coen Brothers' 1996 film with the same title. It starred Billy Bob Thornton and Martin Freeman, along with Bob Odenkirk. Tolman's performance as Minnesota police officer Molly Solverson was praised by Vanity Fair, who wrote: "She calmly and confidently stole the whole show". The actress won the Critics' Choice Television Award as Best Supporting Actress in a Film/Miniseries she was nominated as Best Actress at both the Emmy Awards & Golden Globes for her role. Tolman's appearance in the film The Mindy Project as romance novelist Abby Berman for two episodes that premiered on the same day. In 2015, she played a supporting role was in Michael Dougherty's film, horror-film Krampus.
